SOCIAL MEDIA UGC PERMISSION
This Social Media User-Generated Content Permission Policy (“Terms”) governs the use of the hashtags #myAWLBaby, #AWLBaby, and #AWLGrowAndGo (collectively, the “Hashtags”) across social media platforms and online channels by AWL Apparel LLC (“AWL,” “AWL Baby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using one or more of these Hashtags, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Hashtags.
CONTENT SHARING & SOCIAL MEDIA USE
Permission to Use Social Media Content
By tagging your content with #myAWLBaby, #AWLBaby, or #AWLGrowAndGo, you grant AWL Apparel LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature, repost, share, display, reproduce, edit, and promote your content (including photos, videos, captions, and related materials) across AWL Baby’s official social media channels.
This permission is granted without compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Ownership & Rights
You represent and warrant that:
You are the original creator of the content, or have all necessary rights to share it
Your content does not infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of any third party
CHILDREN & MINORS
AWL Baby products are designed for infants and children, and User-Generated Content may include images or videos of minors.
By submitting, tagging, or sharing content that features a child or minor, you represent and warrant that:
You are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or
You have obtained express permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to share the content and grant the rights outlined in these Terms
You further acknowledge and agree that AWL Apparel LLC may use such content for the purposes described in this policy, including marketing and promotional use.
AWL Baby reserves the right to request written confirmation of parental or guardian consent at any time and may remove or discontinue use of any content involving minors at its discretion.
UGC FOR WEBSITE, PROMOTIONS & PAID ADVERTISING
UGC shared via the Hashtags may be considered for use beyond social media, including on awlbaby.com, marketing emails, paid advertising, and other promotional materials.
For any UGC selected for website use, paid advertising, or broader promotional campaigns, AWL Baby will contact the creator directly to request explicit written permission.
If approved, AWL Apparel LLC will provide a one-time compensation of $25 per approved image, issued in the form of an AWL Baby gift certificate.
This one-time compensation grants AWL Apparel LLC the right to feature, reproduce, edit, display, and promote the approved content across its website, advertising, and promotional materials.
EDITING & BRAND USE
AWL Baby may make minor edits to approved content (such as cropping, resizing, color correction, or adding text overlays) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. These edits will not materially alter the original intent of the content.
ATTRIBUTION
When feasible, AWL Baby may credit creators by tagging their social media handle. Attribution is not guaranteed and may vary depending on platform, format, or placement.
CONTENT STANDARDS
All User-Generated Content must align with AWL Baby’s brand values and may not include:
Unsafe or improper product use
Explicit, sexualized, or inappropriate content
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
False or misleading claims
AWL Apparel LLC reserves the right to remove, refuse, or discontinue use of any content at its sole discretion.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
AWL Apparel LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Hashtags after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
